Our “energising movements” and other physical exercises are designed for general wellness. Start gently and work at your own pace. Stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort. Consult a healthcare professional before starting any new exercise routine, especially if you have existing injuries or medical conditions.
You are responsible for how you use the tools and for any decisions you make. While we take care to ensure accuracy and relevance, CalmToolkit makes no guarantee of specific outcomes or results.

CalmToolkit is intended for adults in a workplace context.
CalmToolkit is a preventative wellbeing toolkit. It does not replace Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs), clinical services, occupational health assessments, or any legal WHS/psychosocial obligations.
The toolkit and any aggregated insights are not designed to assess individual health, diagnose conditions, or make decisions about performance management, employment suitability, or medical fitness for work.
CalmToolkit is designed to be privacy-preserving. By default, it does not collect or store personal identifiers. Where usage analytics are provided, they are anonymised and aggregated to help organisations understand general adoption and tool interest, not individual behaviour.
Organisations are responsible for assessing whether CalmToolkit is suitable for their workforce, and for meeting their own legal, regulatory, and policy requirements (including psychosocial risk management).
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CalmToolkit and its owners are not liable for any loss, injury, or damages arising from use or reliance on the toolkit. Use is at your own discretion and risk.
