CalmToolkit is a set of short, practical micro-tools to support everyday wellbeing at work. It is not medical or psychological treatment or advice, and does not replace any type of professional care, healthcare or Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
By accessing or using CalmToolkit, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
CalmToolkit is intended for adults in a workplace setting. Access may be provided directly by us or through your employer as part of a pilot, trial or subscription.
You may access CalmToolkit via a company code or single-sign link.
You’re responsible for keeping access details secure and not sharing them outside your organisation.
We may suspend access if we detect misuse or security risks.
You agree not to:
Use the tools to diagnose, treat, or manage medical or psychological conditions.
Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or resell the service or content.
Upload harmful code or interfere with the operation of the site.
Use the service in ways that breach laws or workplace policies.
CalmToolkit supplements, and does not replace, EAP or clinical, health or psychological services.
Aggregated, de-identified usage summaries may be shared with the employer (e.g., which tools are most used), not individual activity.
Employers are responsible for assessing suitability for their workforce and meeting WHS/psychosocial obligations.
Content is provided for general wellbeing support only.
We may update, add, or remove features or content without notice to improve the service.
All content, branding, designs, graphics, code, and documentation belong to us or our licensors. No copying, modification, distribution, or derivative works without written permission.
CalmToolkit may link to external sites (e.g., when sharing research links) or use third-party providers (e.g., hosting, analytics, email). We’re not responsible for external content or availability.
Pilot access may be free or paid per agreement with the organisation.
For paid plans, fees, billing period, and cancellation terms are stated in the order form or invoice.
We may change pricing for future terms with reasonable notice.

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or specific outcomes from using the tools.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts paid (if any) for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You (and your organisation, where applicable) agree to indemnify us against losses arising from your unlawful or unauthorised use of the service.
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, security concerns, or if required by law. Organisations may end pilot access per their agreement.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of NSW.
